Looking from a location (just in Devon ) , over a Wave Cut Platform to Lyme Regis.
Easily reached from Lyme Regis - a long rough underfoot walk from Axmouth.
Many Ammonites of different sizes are exposed at low tide at the Western end of Monmouth Beach
Blue Lias Cliffs ( Jurassic Age Mudstone with thin beds of Limestone ) .
Overlain by Charmouth Mudstone ( Jurassic Grey Mudstone with thin beds of Limestone )
