Marconi Centre
The Marconi Centre, built to commemorate the Centenary of the first transmission , opened on 12 December 2001.
Close to the site of Marconi's Poldhu Wireless Station (1900-1933).
The centre is run by the Poldu amateur radio society .
Limited opening times - Car Park nearby .

Marconi also built an earlier, smaller, experimental wireless station nearby
at Housel Bay – The Lizard Wireless Station.
