North Cornwall - Geology
Quartz Veins , some with Siderite, in the Carboniferous rocks on the beach at Crackington Haven.
Siderite is an Iron Carbonate mineral.
Clay Ironstone Nodules are a mixture of clay and Siderite (Chalybite) are present in places.
