A Neolithic or early Bronze Age (around 3000–1000 BC) chambered cairn tomb with an entrance passage,
walled and roofed with stone slabs, leading into the central chamber .
A replica stone replaces the original cup marked entrance stone which is now in a museum.
One of the Capstones has fallen into the chamber and the rear capstone has cupmarks .
The road in the background cuts through half of the Cairn.
