The Cliffs of Upper Jurassic Rocks (163 to 157 myo) form a complex succession of limestones, marls, sandstones, silts and mudstones.
The distinct ledge at the base of the cliff is crowded with the trace fossil - 'Arenicolites Variabilis'.
Also traces of the ‘U-shaped’ burrows of the invertebrate - 'Diplocraterion Parallelum'.
