Calcite - Cemented Nodules
A short distance to the east along the beach is a view of several Huge Nodules with cross-bedding.
This area has been subject to a recent landslip.
Some nodules are more than 1.8m (6 ft) in diameter. The nodules weather out as prominant features on the beach.
