
Pictures of the trap - considered to be the best preserved example on Dartmoor.
On the South side of the Tor near the path cutting across it.
Two flat-sided stone slabs laid parallel to each other 12cm apart, covered by a large flat stone into which three small holes have been cut.
The trap is in the centre of Rock Walls forming an X.

Route - From Brisworthy Circle follow the hedge / fence to the east , with stepping stones
to cross legis lake stream . At a gate a path heads toward the Tor.
