Fogou - Carn Euny - Round Chamber
Carn Euny was inhabited from about 500 BC to about 400AD and has an excellent example
of an underground stone-walled passage / chamber known as a ‘fogou’.
Carn Euny's corbelled round chamber has a low entrance passage linked to a long curved stone passage.
The Roof is modern with a small grill admitting light.

Carn Euny is signposted off the A30 west of Penzance.
Park at the end of a long narrow lane ( passed Brane Farm)
