Iron Age Fort
The bank and ditches of an Iron Age Fort are visible above Wine Cove and on the cliff top above Pepper Cove
just behind. Erosion has cut into the Hillfort leaving the remains on 3 seperate headlands .
Smugglers landed contraband in Wine and Pepper Cove in times past.
