Inclined layers of Limestone and dark grey Mudstones from the Jurassic Blue Lias Formation.
Many of the beds from the Grey Ledge Bed of the Blue Lias show the large early Jurassic Ammonite 'Coroniceras'.
Smaller Ammonites in some of the other beds.
