At the top of Lower Dunscombe Cliff are Rempstone Rocks - Upper Greensand with a thin layer of Beer Head Limestone capped by Chalk.
Plenty of overgrown Lime Pits and Spoil Tips in this area and to the north along the west side of Weston Combe
