Under Hooken
An alterative route off the Coast Path passes through Under Hooken and after a steep climb reaches Beer Head
The pinnacles became separated from the upper cliffs and slipped seaward during the 1790 landslip.
In C17-C19 Flint was knapped at the Undercliff to produce gunflints for flintlock firearms.
