From the Beach a view Orcombe Point
The remains from the old cliff ladder to the beach are still visible.
The Red rocks formed in deserts containing little organic material, resulting in the Iron forming Iron Oxide.
The lighter coloured harder rock was formed by slow deposition in the presence of plant life.
