Horse Ford Cross - 1
Looking to the North with Combestone Tor in the distance
The Cross is next to the old miners track leading to Hooten Wheals.
Found buried in Turf in 1884 , repaired and erected where it was found .
The cross was probably taller and originally located nearer Horse Ford.
One of the crosses that waymark 'The Maltern Way'.
