Yellowmead Stone Circle
The monument consists of four concentric stone circles, two of the circles share the same centre
and one (the central) is a true circle.
The site was restored in 1921. Sheeps Tor in the distance.

Location - West Dartmoor , East of Yelverton ( A386 Plymouth / Tavistock Road )
Minor road passed Dousland / Burrator Res./ Sheepstor to Car Park near Scout Hut.
Try Walking towards the Scout Hut , to find dry moorland , then north and west , heading towards Sheeps Tor.
One boggy area !
