From Prawle Point a view to the East and Langerstone Point.
Ancient wave cut platforms of rocks with a green hue - matamorphic rocks - lower Devonian Hornblende Schists ,
left stranded by falling sea levels are a feature of this part of the Coast
Overlain at the back of the platform is a fossilised raised beach of Ipswichian age overlain by Periglacial Head
carried down by solifluction.
This head platform extends back to outcrops of the former cliff line , shown by the Crags - 'The Torrs'
