From the beach is this view of a gash in the cliff.
A mineral rich vein has been quarried out of the cliff at Carn Clew.
An adit (tunnel) is to the left .
Wheal Ramoth ( tin mine ) operated in this area with adits from the mine exiting onto the beach.
