Boudins - Trebarwith Strand (S9)
A horizontal thrust has created Boudins - sausage like rolls of rock with smaller gapes between .
Boudins are structures formed by extension .
A rigid tabular body is stretched and deformed , the less competent surroundings break up ,
leading to sausage-shaped boudins being formed.
