Old Wave Cut Platform - Newporth Head (S25)
View from Pennance Point over Sunny Cove to Newporth Head with High Cliffs (Maenporth) in the distance.
Newporth Head has a fine ancient Wave Cut Platform .
Extensive areas of old wave cut platforms can be seen between Newporth Head and Pennance Point ,
with raised beach deposits and head deposits in places.
