From Mouth Mill the Coast Path Zig Zags up and down to the next valley.
This is the view from near the Windbury Waterfall of this truncated Valley towards Blackchurch Rock .
Another steep climb is required to reach Windbury Hill Fort.
These two Valleys make for a very tough section of Path , covering 0.5 of a mile as a Crow flies !!
