An impressive 60 foot waterfall - St. Nectan’s Kieve, ‘Kieve’ meaning ‘tub’.
The sixth-century Saint Nectan had his hermitage cell at the top of the waterfall
and is supposed to be buried under the waterfall.
The area has been visited by pilgrims since 500AD to see St. Nectan’s Shrine
Nectanus was the eldest son of the 5th-century King Brychan Brycheiniog of Breconshire.
