'Castle Rock' is the best known of the Valley of Rock Tor's.
Set amongst the spectacular scenery of an area known as England’s Little Switzerland.
Weathering of the strongly bedded and jointed Lynton Beds, Lower Devonian (400 million years old ), produced the characteristic 'tors' .
