Efford Ditch Cove from the wavecut foreshore.
Another tricky descent from the Coast Path (at SS 2006 0558), as the just discernible track is subject to landslip
Again the remains of the wavecut folds (rocky fingers) in the foreshore make for a strenuous walk
to the next path up the cliff at Upton Cove.
