Recumbent Fold - Crackington Haven
On the north side of Crackington Haven, at the base of the cliff at Pencannow Point .
Bands of pale sandstones and grey shales have been deformed to form isoclinal recumbent folds
at the end of the Carboniferous Period during the Variscan Orogeny.
