Flory Island is also known as Black Humphrey’s Rock - after a notorious Newquay smuggler.
A steep flight of Steps lead down the cliff to the beach .
On a low tide Rock Pools and Caves - Cathedral Cavern , Boulder Cavern , Fern Cavern - can be explored.
