Lighthouse
Built in the early 19th Century for the Coastguard , used as a lookout and
as a Daymarker - for daytime navigation , also as a Huer's Hut where a
spotter would alert fishermen when the shoals of Pilchards were spotted.
Also known as the Pepperpot .
Offshore - Gull Rock is in view.
