Extensive folding in the cliff face at the northern end of 'Little Strand'.
Crumpled recumbent chevron folding in the slaty shales and sandstones of the Crackington Formation
from the Upper Carboniferous Period.
From this angle the Natural Arch (Northern Door), in the low outcrop on the left is well hidden.
