Cape Cornwall Chimney
The chimney stack from 1864 of the Cape Cornwall Tin Mine (1838-1883) ,
built to serve the boiler of a whim engine .
The chimney has architectural qualities -
a tall octagonal base with round headed blind arches and corbelled cornice , capped by a tapering round shaft.
