A small Cornish hamlet , largely owned by the National Trust .
As in this photo - at high tide the sand/shingle beach disappears .
The building close to the beach is the old School House (1878) , the Quay is from C18
A path off the Coast Path leads to the NT's Glendurgan Gardens ,
laid out in the 1820/30's with exotic plants by members of the Fox family of Falmouth .
