Great Wheel Charlotte (S9)
The mine operated between 1828/42.
The photo shows the remains of the engine house - the Bob Wall ( the strongest wall at the front
of the engine house which held the rocking beam - the bob.
In the distance, further along the coast, is the Wheal Coates complex.
