Lizard Lighthouse Foghorns
The distinctive twin towers of the Lizard Lighthouse .
The original twin foghorns are no longer used having been replaced by an electric one in the east tower ,
operated automatically by a fog detector.
The modern high pitched electric fog signal operates as one blast every 30 seconds.
