Dinas Head to Trevose Head is a classic area for the development of Sodium Metasomatised Sediments -
Adinoles (Completly Metasomatised Argillities) and Spilosites (Partially Metasomatised Argillities)
adjacent to basic intrusives - the Dolerite (Greenstone) Sills.
