Veins of Talc - Kennack Sands (S23)

Veins of Talc associated with the Serpentine Rocks at Kennack Sands.
In the process of Serpentisation water rich in Carbon Dioxide can sometimes convert Serpentine
into a Talc rich rock such as Soapstone.
Some veins are of a fibrous mineral with long thin crystals that readily separate - chrysotile ( "white asbestos")
